Everybody is on edge 24/7. 9-5 is not enough, you are expected to work overtime. Great employees, but all superseded by a meddling CEO. Nobody knows what the bumbling COO does on a daily basis. CEO is a bully.

None whatsoever. At all. Awful.

Cons

Everything. A culture of bullying and harassment by senior management. Unless you're one of their friends, you will get walked all over. Unless you're their 'type' of 'Native', you're seen as an outsider with no potential. And don't even think about suggesting changing something... Its their way or no way. And when it comes to your mental health? Don't even bother. When you reach out for help at a company that advertises their commitment to mental health, you get told you're too weak. Their approach to people management verges on illegal. Just like their approach to client budget management...

The list is rapidly depleting.

Cons

The fact that certain butthurt employees are calling the negative reviews on here the work of "trolls" shows you what kind of place this is. Sounds more like a dictatorship than a democracy. Please, read the rest of the reviews, past the 5 star (fake) reviews. In all my time here I have never heard of anyone travelling to San Francisco. We don't even have an office there.
