      Great culture and team mates. Strong and transparent leadership with immeasurable care over people and their interests. Looking for something in the elearning space? This is the place!

      Cons

      Some of the leaders tend to be micro managers and loose focus on the small things rather than seeing the big picture.

      Pros

      Neovation is a gem in Winnipeg. Dan, the CEO is an outstanding leader and great professional. I enjoyed every single day of work at Neovation, and I truly miss some people I met over there. Great culture, good benefits, great policy for diversity and inclusion, and real work-life balance. They really care about its employees and treat you like family.

      Cons

      At the time I worked there, wages could've been better. However, I hear this has changed to keep up up with market trends.
