      Pros

      Great camaraderie among peers from entry level to middle management. Great engagement activities and folks to be friends with outside of work. R&D is the place to be at this company, they are well supported and have a great leader.

      Cons

      Manufacturing and Quality is not taken seriously, leadership here is weak and unable to advocate for the teams.

      Hard to tell if there are any pros...

      Cons

      The worst experience I've ever had was with this company. They don't value their employees, and dismissive of any input from employee. They easily ignore all your accomplishments and effort without a shred of compassion. This experience was left me traumatized and a few therapy sessions. If you're looking for a workplace that is inclusive and supportive, I strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
