      Pros

      Some of the folks were very nice and the ezmarket product is well received I really have to say overall there were very few pros

      Cons

      Worst experience of my career. Salespeople who have sold nothing in years are kept on because they are cronies with the executives. The products do not perform as advertised making it shameful and conflicting to "sell" any of it to unsuspecting clients who inevitably figure out that while this Brazilian -based company may indeed resonate in the South American market -they are no where near the voracity and performance parameters required to resonate in North America. I've seen 3 CEOs come and go in a year... enough said STEER FAR CLEAR!

      Pros

      Pros: Good office location, free breakfast & snacks, coffee, ability to get close to projects "very good plus", Gartner Quadrant. Brazil has listing of established customers

      Cons

      business situation: Brazil economy has been going down & the country is in turmoil. They are rebooting the US who only have 3 major customers and the pharma one may slip so now possibly 2. Likely unrealistic US expectations to save the company. Cons: Significant turnover, completely new top mgmt team, hostile environment, ranking last in Gartner Quadrant. Earlier they removed most of the team.

      Pros

      Neogrid is a good company, it offers good benefits and average salary, there is a good work/life balance, a lot of things to learn and improve.

      Cons

      If you are a developer that like to be always learning/using new technologies, this is not the place for you. They have very strict software standards, their standard software stack is based on some old frameworks. So if you work there as a software developer for too much time, it will be hard to get another job that use current technologies.
