      too many to list, but here are a couple 1. Micro management 2. No ability to advance in the company 3. VERY poor culture 4. Poor salary structure

      Great people, nice projects and generally without the architectural egos many other firms have. Fantastic place to grow skills and then move on.

      Cons

      Salaries are really low, no room for advancement.
