Pros

Great patients and staff in a wonderful community

Cons

Power hungry, conceited, press hungry, out of touch executives. CEO had us do a racism training that told all the white people they were racist and always would be racist. Also treated the organization budget like it was his campaign funds, constantly paying for awards for useless executives to make them seem relevant. Awful awful man. Narcissistic ego maniac who makes awful business decisions. Says DEI is important but held a “all white people are racist training” Unreal. Wait for him to be gone before applying.

Pros

Care providers (MDs, APPs, RNs, MAs) who are deeply dedicated to the work of community health.

Cons

- New CEO and Executive Team does not include one primary care provider. They are out of touch with the work and what they ask of providers. They regard clinicians as dispensable and replaceable. - Short appointment times - High turnover and little to no administrative support. Poor transition plans for patients and providers as they turn over.

Pros

Incredible team working hard to take care of honest, hardworking, vulnerable patients. Historically has been a very flexible place to work in terms of overall hours and schedule. Benefits and time off have been better than industry average.

Cons

Expect a pay cut for the meaningful work. New management since 2020 has been increasingly out of touch with the work being done in the clinic, while making questionable financial decisions, leading to departures of many talented and beloved staff. Little room for advancement within the organization.
