The leadership is not good. Every single one of the senior leadership lacks critical experience and it shows in the decisions they make. I hope they figure it out and either hire new leadership or that the current leadership learns from their many mistakes because the mission is a good one. Spiritual manipulation is strong, telling low paid employees that if they "believe in the mission" they will accept low pay, while the top paid employees do well. The leadership justifies their bad decisions (and bad outcomes of those bad decisions) by saying that all clinics who serve the underserved struggle like this. It is gas-lighting. If you apply here just know what you are getting into. Inexperienced leadership and bad decision making which affects everyone's day to day work. Not a healthy work environment on every level.
