THIS IS A DISGUSTING SCAM they brainwash people into this Pyramid scheme and feed you lies, you have to spend your own money to be able to actually “work” you work 50-60 hours a week pay depends heavily on commission and you’re made feel guilty for taking time off work for genuine reasons

Pros

Absolutely nothing, not even a single thing.

Cons

- Pay per minute rate - Constant pressure from ASM - Constant spam even on off day - Client is king = 0 security for advisor - Selling mindset instead of giving actual readings at Nebula from October 2024 until February 2025, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. This platform exploits both clients and psychic advisors. Despite clients spending significant amounts, some over $200, my earnings outside of their newcomers bonuses that only last until you completed everything, never exceeded $90 in total, and the most I earned in a single session was just $5 for almost an hour of session, which was only a one time thing. The platform offers no flexibility for advisors, forcing you to wait long periods without any compensation (one day I’ve spent 10 hours online and only earned $1, I even stayed online until 4AM during their allegedly peak hour time and only earned $10 for 7 hours). You’re tied to your laptop while clients can use the mobile app, and even when you’re online, you might not earn anything. It’s better to work a regular 9-to-5 job than to waste hours on this app. As a comparison, I’ve stayed online for 36 hours non consecutive and earned $91 vs by working a 9-5 for 36 hours I’d earn almost $400. The support is lacking and I faced harassment from clients without any recourse. Despite reporting abusive clients, Nebula didn’t take action against them. Their response was dismissive and even admitted being aware of problematic clients yet chose not to ban them. The management constantly pressured me about metrics and performance while providing little support. They claim to offer tools to help maximize earnings, but in reality, I earned between 0 to maximum $3 on a good day. Even when I raised concerns about my mental health and requested a break, I was terminated instead. Nebula’s promises of fair compensation and financial stability are misleading. They market themselves as a top platform, but in reality, they exploit advisors while failing to protect them from abusive clients and failing to compensate us fairly for keeping up with their pressure of responding under 5 seconds, sending responses to clients under 7 seconds, building friendship with a client, constantly asking questions to clients while we’re supposed to bring them answers, spamming clients with 5 to 10 reengaging messages in hope that they’re request a chat, dealing with the confusion of their generated message they send to clients, dealing with using Google translators with clients who doesn’t speak English/native language and to perform divination style you do not excel at nor have knowledge of, so does having to follow a schedule that you have to fill in for the next 9 weeks and letting them know of anything that could prevent you from performing it 48 hours before a shift, and lastly having to fulfill the minimum 20 hours a week even when you’re on vacation and even when you have personal issues arising. I recommend finding other avenues to develop your psychic incomes and AVOID Nebula at all costs, do not be fooled by the fact that they’re the top 5 because clearly they’re clearly the top 1 for EXPLOITATION.

Pros

Some amazingly smart people. Good location. Cool industry on the leading edge of computing.

Cons

Terrible leadership - or absence of it. Infighting, competing loyalties and people willing to throw others under the bus as the company fails to live up to the hype. Product is weak and CEO - or now former CEO (in name only) Chris Kemp - more interested in his own image than the building of a real company. We hire and fire on a whim, with some people doing half a job while others work overtime. Too much self congratulation while no one buys the product.
