Too many to list, being completely honest. While the work itself may not be so bad, easy in fact, what's really awful is management here. This is where your career goes to die. Management does not care about anyone here but themselves and their own pocket. For example, we were told the week before Thanksgiving that the office would be closing for lack of work on Black Friday and if you didn't already put in PTO in advance, you were no longer allowed to put in PTO, you just had to stomach not getting paid for that day.
No one cares about support staff here, even though support staff are the whole reason this company runs. You will be very hard pressed to find someone who actually cares, because everyone that does leaves. In my time here, which was less than a year, I watched multiple people (over 10 off of the top of my head) in supervisory positions as well as support staff walk out the door with little to no notice.
The wrong people are put in higher positions, the wrong people get rewarded, people are overworked and severely underpaid. There are no bonuses, there are no annual raises, there isn't even really any upward mobility. They gaslight themselves into thinking that they're one of the top companies in the industry and have the ego of one, but they're just a blip in the radar.
If you are looking to be hired as an Legal Operations Assistant, know that you will just be a court reporter with a fancy title being paid under the DC average. They actually tell you you're an LOA so that they can get away with that because technically, you're not a "reporter."
Also, do not believe these recent good reviews you see on here. Management literally asked staff to post good reviews to bump their Glassdoor rating up. When staff said no or ignored their request, management went in and did it themselves. Do not work for these scammers.
