1) Dynamic Work Culture: So..Dynamic that your project, role can be changed any time..Dynamically of course 2) Latest technologies: Working on few latest technologies and wants you to be master in them in couple of days so that you will be "thrown" in project on 3rd day.. 3) Fast Growing : so fast that you will start getting "Feedback" from first week..Without knowing your core capabilities... Few employees left in a month..Very fast...And others are looking very very fast

No cons ...Only pros ;-) Located at Kharadi..With lots of traffic Very small projects where you will on your toes

No pros only cons here,small company tries always small cheap things.Worst company ever. They hired with no more package and blames for not doing any work, they usually don't have any project and blames for not working.late night calls,no timing for anything ,you should have to extend your working hours like a slave and that to low package.Seniors don't have any knowledge and they expect so much from you. Leave system is worst than anything. They just trying to fool you

Grow up and make your employer secure and don't treat them as your slave
