Pros

They pay you really well... but that is the trap that every falls into

Where do I start ? from the endless hire and fire policy or from 'we have no idea what we are doing' scene honestly they have no clue what they are doing. No one knows why they even call themselves a gaming company. No plan, no vision, no one even cares about the employees. Worst part this was a VAS company and now they want to be called a gaming company, so the entire gaming section is full of new hires & VAS (which still exists) is of old employees, the VAS section is full of uneducated lazy people who are still there because they don't have much work and they are kind of enjoying what they are doing right now, which is nothing !! Let us come to the gaming side.. they recently got a new CEO from another gaming company but has no clue on what the company needs best. The new CEO started the Hire&Fire policy, which he feels is the best thing to do, so if you join beware you will be a part of this cycle... During the hiring process the HR will call you 500 times and ask you what you need.. they make you comfortable & then it all begins.... once you enter you understand that they have no idea what they are doing .... you end up doing everything that they ask... worst part the CEO interferes every department & with every person... making life miserable by giving them random stuff to do.... why hire experts if you don't want to listen to them or use their expertise. externally they will do so much and make so much noise about being the best gaming company in the world but only the people inside know what they are. if in case you plan to join this place atleast talk to 10 ex/current employees

Please avoid Nazara, Here only one person is making this company a worst place to work is CEO . He is full of attitude, looses leadership quality and doesn't listen to his team. If everything goes wrong instead of solving it he keeps on blaming team. It has been more than a year he is with Nazara but none of his idea (Business Idea or Game) has worked. They just hire people without thinking what job they will be assigned and after few months they are shown door to exit. In my 9 months stint i have seen almost 10-12 employees has left or were forced to leave Nazara

Pros

No pros at all The company is full of people who love playing politics

The list is too long: - Salaries are delayed month on month basis, it depends on the MD's moods when to payout salaries - Too much politics - No vision - MD and CEO are at loggerheads, both have different working style and vision, hence there is a lot of confusion whom to follow - No proper communication company wide - Employee grievance is at PEAK always since its not Employee centric - Appraisals will be given once in 2.5 years - PLI will be given like peanuts that too if you fight for it, otherwise forget it - No tissues in the washrooms, hygeine not maintained, one of the washrooms is not functioning since the last 1 year - Vendors are paid only when the company is suppose to pay penalties - Everyone knows everybodys salary and appraisal %age hike, even the peons will have this crucial information - Hire and fire policy is the mantra at Nazara, they will hire someone and Fire within a few months citing cost cutting as a reason - Performance review is a joke, its at the mercy of the MD as to how close you are to him. If you please him and be in his good books, you will get a decent salary hike and PLI.
