      1. Great colleagues 2. Friendly environment to work with and lots of help from people. 3. Challenging work but this is specific to me. 4. Good work life balance.

      1. Not that I could see as far as work is concerned, but it could be person specific in terms of remuneration.

      'Some' genuine staff. Nice views of landscapes.

      Cons

      Watch your back. Expect the earth with workload with no help or guidance then get told you're failing. If your face doesn't fit the "culture" they'll kick you out. Morale is really low.
