Pros
Working here has enabled me to use many of the skills I developed in college and in prior positions. The contracted nature of the work always provides new challenges and keeps the work interesting.
Cons
The nature of contracts is such that, sometimes, to keep you on, you end up on contracts outside of your normal realm of expertise. While this provides opportunities for learning and growing, it also stunts your growth in your chosen field if you're on a contract that has nothing to do with it. (As is my present situation.) Even with that being said, still a great place to work.
