      Pros

      The culture is fabulous. Feel well compensated for my role. Able to exercise my diverse interests and talents. Open communications through organization.

      Cons

      Every employee is important, there is no hiding once in the organization. Still a smaller organization, some growth pains, need to wear multiple hats and be willing to be flexible in tasks performed.
