There isn't any structure to the onboarding process, meaning new starters can feel lost. There isn't any structured training, this isn't a role for those who aren't already experienced in Telesales / CRM . The company has a lack of direction (in my opinion). There is a focus on product development with ARMA storage solution, but to what purpose wasn't shared with the team. Profit goals / market share goals / customer satisfaction goals / product functionality goals etc... It was hard to work out if there were any. Working for Naverisk felt more like just getting on with the day to day rather than being part of a team working towards a common goal. There is NO COMPANY CULTURE. The team is a mixture of remote workers and workers in virtual offices (WeWork). Communication happens on Slack / Outlook / MS Teams. Everything is kept strictly professional with no effort to encourage or promote any kind of company culture.
