There is no clear business strategy and the company direction change drastically every couple of months
Conflicts are not resolved openly and deteriorate into terrible politics
HR calls their violation of employment contracts and employment law "mistakes in communication on their part", without fixing the legal issues
Engineering management is friendly but passive
Processes and culture are supposed to be agile but are in fact rigid and way too complicated. The supposed agility just adds an extra layer of messiness and uncertainty to the crusty and hidebound bureaucracy underneath
While there is some recent lip-service to diversity, there has not been a single action taken during my entire tenure at the company to actually improve the situation for underrepresented groups in the company (i.e. everyone who is not a white dude in their early 30s)
