      Paid Great-High turnover due to bad upper management

      Pros

      Company paid great, decent benefits, yearly bonus'. Great co workers.

      Cons

      Very busy. Unreasonably high expectations. Used to allow OT to stay caught up, but has since stopped. Expected to work like a robot. High turnover rate with management. Managers are forced to micro manage which allows employees less time to focus on daily tasks. Very manual old school processes. Not allowed to talk and multi task even if your productivity level is higher than the rest. Upper management is rude and disrespectful. Wouldnt recommend if looking for long term employment.

      Pros

      Decent work from home and time off flexibility, nice people.

      Cons

      Upper management took a dive very quickly, 15 PTO days and 0 Sick days. Since March the vibes have changed from a great place to work to a place everyone is now trying to leave.

      Mixed signals from management as to priorities, not everything can be top priority. Unrealistic goals.
