      Benefits are alright, but that's where the pros end. Look for opportunities somewhere else.

      Management is incompetent and has its priorities all mixed up. They value employees who work long hours, while completely ignoring talented individuals who contribute a lot to the company, all because their metrics aren't as high. Most of the decisions they make are incredibly short-sighted, and whenever their actions have consequences, they avoid accountability and blame others instead.

      There's this constant sense of urgency but not a clear understanding of priorities, so you're expected to react quickly while also trying to figure out what actually needs attention, which leads to situations where you're adjusting things repeatedly because expectations weren't clear in the first place, and after a while it just feels like you're chasing moving targets all day, which gets frustrating fast because it's not about the workload—It's about the lack of direction behind it.
