Pros

Good benefits, great people to work with (within some teams), relaxed work space, culture committee & decent employee events. Perhaps a good place for entry level candidate looking to start their career.

Cons

Do not apply for jobs within the Supply Chain department. If so, prepare for very poor lower management that is not being addressed by upper management. Managers will not have your best interests in mind and if you have a strong work ethic, you will be taken advantage of. Many good employees are leaving this company as their voices are not being heard and their concerns are not being taken seriously. HR is not a helpful resource for resolving internal issues. They know management is bad and will do nothing. Don't waste your time. The company is currently struggling within the market so no comment on the outlook. This company also likes to hire from the outside instead of promoting from within. There are many people here who believe in the tech and products which may save the company if the management doesn't fail them first.

Pros

Work on a niche, novel technology platform.

Cons

Meaningful upward mobility is not available to people binned into the vast wasteland of "Research Associate." More senior staff (i.e. non R.A.) are offered career growth, more frequent promotion and larger % pay increases.

Pros

- On your immediate team, there are likely some really great people. - Visiting Seattle can be fun. - There's a lot of turnover, so there's likely always or soon-to-be an open headcount for you.

Cons

On your immediate team, there are likely some really great people, but just one level higher - yes, even in middle management - watch out. This company is definitely a "stay in your lane, keep your head down, say YES, and ask no questions" kind of place. Management, esp SLT all the way to CEO, reward and recognize the Yes Men. On paper, the Customer Experience team works with Sales, but in reality Sales and leadership own Customer Experience. They are running a churn-and-burn employment strategy among these field people. This is fine if you've never been in sales or field apps before, as there are a ton of guardrails, rules, and politics to adhere to; you could learn a lot, then plan to leave in a year (this is the going trend). If you've been in sales or apps support before, do not come here. Your passion, your brain, your motivation will suffer. The technology is a massive burden to support, so be prepared to apologize a lot to your customers and rectify the sales message customers were sold on. All the way to the top it's toxic. CEO explains the poor pay as "it's an honor to work here," so be prepared. As other reviews reiterate, pay is poor, retention is low, promotions are nearly impossible or rewarding. Management says they're "all ears" and want to listen and learn, but be careful sharing, as that can come around and destroy you. Expect no help from HR.
