Pros

The food was all right, the kitchen managers are cool.

Cons

Owners that are bad middle-aged men on the wrong side of 50 that think because they have stake in a Nacho chain that they are rockstars. If you threaten them because of their fragile egos are easily bruised with IQ lowering “leadership” (Or lack thereof) skills. And their favorite female bartenders get to do whatever they want because well you know and absolutely NO ONE seems to care about actual service to guests and it wouldn’t be uncommon to have tables completely untouched and not greeted by ANYONE in the restaurant for long periods of time. You could probably walk in to any of their locations during any shift and see vacant tables with menus laid down because the ignorant staff pushed yet another group of guests away. Most of the bartenders seem to have a problem with eye contact.

Pros

Great free food. tablet to use for work.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about employees, Poorly Managed Business, Not easily accessible to employees. NO OVERTIME. Pathetic Salary for long constant hours.NO TIME OFF. Essential restaurant equipment is constantly breaking down. Very cheap company that doesn't want to pay to ACTUALLY fix things. Trys to cut corners. Doesn't hold kitchen staff accountable for things that they break even when its the same continuous thing breaking. FIRE THE PERSON at that point. Numerous Health code violations in the process.(bird feces, mold in the kitchen, not properly cleaned appliances, temperature violations) Their strip location hosts a ton of waitresses, bartender and kitchen staff that drink constantly ON THE JOB. This might actually be why the restaurant isn't taken care of properly and why things keep breaking Over all... this job is too much for a 1 person department for 3 expanding to 4 locations. Was promised a gas allowance in my contract for every check. Was only paid a gas allowance once. Paid out of pocket for certain expenses and was not reimbursed. Too much work for one person to keep up with and if your not able to fix it or cut corners see ya later to your job!!! Forget about following whats code here! Be prepared to do simplestuff like drive all the way across town to adjust a thermostat for a fridge. (something kitchen staff should be educated on if they are serve safe certified). Be prepared to DRIVE all day all hours of the day to fix simple preventable crap that could be prevented if everyone was on the same page.
