- Pay - Communication surrounding pay and benefits: clouded discussions, spin-doctored HR letters and undefined work responsibilities - Top down decision making without staff consultation on matters that affect them - Understaffing and overworked managers who are too busy to identify issues with workloads - Small business mentality can prevent forecasting of future project issues - Emotionally draining - Lack of action on poor performing staff / projects - Highly varied management influence, some teams have managers who really push for them, some do not. - Employment experience does not live up to the brand.
