      Pros

      All staff were very supportive of eachother and uplifted and bonded really nicely even with new staff. Internal management cared a lot for employees and stood up for everyone. Offered support with anything needed. Very rewarding work

      Cons

      Easily the biggest con was that the very upper management screwed the company over and they closed most locations. Staff was asked to hold a lot on their caseload at a time which was overwhelming.

      It was decent. I think there’s always room for improvement in any company

      A lot could be improved upon. It just felt like most treatment centers, not a whole lot of care for the clients sustained wellbeing
