      Pros

      Excellent benefits, plenty of paid leave (more or less possible to use, depending on your department), fairly good work culture, some personal leeway to choose projects, reasonable hours relative to many other Japanese companies

      Cons

      A whole lot of bureaucracy, endless corporate training, very traditionally hierarchical approach to management, slow to move on new markets

      Pros

      Benefits of working for a large corporation in a small company setting. Working with some of the brightest people from Japan. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      Full of large company bureaucratic redtapes and politics even though it's a small company. As mentioned by other reviewers, second class citizen treatment of local employees by expats from Japan.
