      It "was" a decent company once

      Pros

      Can enhance Japanese skills. Fellow workers are good to interact and supportive.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is very average. Not enough projects, Can get fired anytime easily. It's difficult to get a full final settlement if luck favors you might get half of it.

      I had a great team that was easy to work with and shared a great rapport. The place was small but had immense potential that was frittered away.

      Cons

      No long-term vision, sycophancy, no trust on the team or those leading it. Arrogance and plain stupidity.
