Pros
Good company if you are a female. No work pressure and you can literally tell your senior that you have to leave for the day even if there is work pending. Max they can do is give you a E grade but not kick you out. Generous maternity leave and virtually no work pressure. Only that you have to stay away from perverts like chandrasekar tilak.
Cons
Salaries are very low. Salaries and promotions are better at sister companies like NSDL and NDML. Yearly appraisal is very vague and biased. Promotions are even more vague and biased. Although the company provides IT enabled services, most of their work is like government offices....papers are everywhere. Mobile expenses are not reimbursed at all. Very few smart people around to help.
