      Things are changing for the better

      Pros

      Things are changing but many people do not get paid as much as they should be getting.

      Cons

      Some people in upper management are out of touch with the needs and worries of the techs and when we try to express those we can sometimes be dismissed with little to no explanation.

      1. Great pay and room for advancement if you put in the work 2. Strong group of upper management who are well-respected in the industry and are both motivational and encouraging 3. Ability to work on large-scale and well-known projects

      Cons

      May have to work long hours, but that's any job if you want to excel
