      Pros

      Things are changing but many people do not get paid as much as they should be getting.

      Cons

      Some people in upper management are out of touch with the needs and worries of the techs and when we try to express those we can sometimes be dismissed with little to no explanation.

      Professional organization that takes pride in client satisfaction. Usually keeps everyone busy with steady work unless the weather is bad. Far superior to many of their competitors in the area

      Cons

      Work can slow down sometimes but its expected in bad weather. Nothing else really.
