Pros

Small atmosphere, each employee has their own office. However; the pressure and volume of cold calling and securing meeting will not be an environment for everyone. Everyone is busy behind closed doors at this privately held company.

Cons

No Sales training, it's a dart's toss some day it's good some day it sucks.

Our Team now works from home and comes to the office twice a month for team-building. Closed doors are not a thing on in-office days. We have implemented several lead-generation tools, so there is no cold calling anymore. And we have created a sales training program to help new Sales Reps quickly get up to speed.

Pros

Family-friendly. Good location and amenities. On-site fitness area. Flexible 7.5 hour work day and annual employee incentive trip. People are friendly. Everyone has an office with a door. Uncapped commission. AE's are friendly and eager to help one another.

Cons

Open, collaborative environment. With offices, however - many days you will see a building full of closed doors. For sales staff, the onboarding is essentially being paired with a mentor, which can vary depending on who the mentor is. Other than weekly meetings, there is not much in the area of training or professional development. And the small, family-held "flat" management structure of the company means there is not much room to move up or take on additional responsibility.

- Fun, supportive culture - New training program - Willingness to embrace new tools and technology - Leaders that care and support development - Quiet and private offices - Collaborative team environment

Cons

- Playing catch-up for years without marketing or organized training - Adapting to many recent improvements has been hard for some veterans
