Pros

Location of offices, large company and scale

Cons

Extremely political, unethical, bureaucratic culture, cult of being mediocre and getting away repeatedly with poor work and deception instead of having things done, bullying is wide spread and used by especially older staff as a legitimate way of hiding problems, small layer of mid to senior specialists still present, most left or were made to by unfit colleagues who became senior and got large layer of juniors Company does attract good people due to side and perceived potential, but cannot and does not want to retain expertise, remaing level is abnormally low. Very likely cuts in coming years due to shrinking size in already overcrouded company.

Pros

experienced peoples, good business position

Cons

Previously I just learned and hear about toxic environment, here at NN I experimented it :(. It was an interested learning for me what to don't do: blame game: point to somebody instead of helping. Forced, directed and fake(without experience) called Agile transformation. Lard Friese I guess didn't know about it, because it's hided by the local board. Lack of Transparency it's a common problem which causes a lot off problems.
