Perfect place for building your soft skills. You will learn how to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maximum organization. You will learn how to focus on a subject and finish it on time with no procrastination. Working with people and knowing how to please them will become your stronger skill.

Cons

Forget to grow in the career. Even giving the best of your effort will not help you to become branch manager or to be allocated to a better position. The salary is very low compared with the work you are doing. Some of your colleagues get higher salary than yours and are doing half of your daily tasks. A lot of awesome people are leaving the company because they are frustrated and stucked in one place. Not to mention that nobody looks if you like your new branch location or not, they just move you in another location without asking is it OK for you.
