      Secure, interesting work, effective leadership, good pay and conditions, excellent training and development, great people and teamwork, good communication and engagement processes and partnership approach with unions

      Cons

      limited resources and constant cost cutting and lack of investment in new technology. Very challenging targets and lack of appreciation from the regulator of what has been achieved since the company was privatised
