Pros

I have no words...what this company is....Simply hiring and firing...If people do not believe then please join and see the result by yourself...The Old employees are manager or having good hold that's all...This Company has not future...Guys please join the company if you wish so...because I know HR will offer a very good CTC to you and rest your experience...do not listen to me or by going through my review...just experience it by yourself..............

Cons

Very poor management specially HR and senior resources. Company provides work from home and also you need to work on Saturdays ans Sundays. Salaries are deducted and even for me I have not received my salary for last two months of working.

Pros

Some Office activity, with a lot of macromanagement over and above professional activities. Managers tends to find themself as more as school KG teachers and passing ball to others court. That us also a good management skill for a company of this level. Looks good for BPO guys and HR personnel. As HR personnel will be act as bar on your every movement there in the premises.

Cons

No proper work culture, No work life balance.

Pros

Timely salary and Work From Home facility, nothing much to say on the Pros side

Cons

This company can not keep its words for employees, poor HR policy, they can fire you any day anytime without any prior notice. All on a sudden, you can be sacked without any reason (they mention it unavailability of projects). Very poor increment unless you are well acquainted with the manager.

Performance Improvement plans rolled out to bottom performers & enough opportunities provided for picking up loose threads, unfortunately calling non performance as Hire & Fire is not in line or in Philosophy of our People Driven Organisations 4. All employee are rewarded on experiences rather than bland mugs & T Shirts from our gifts partner http://www.giftxoxo.com/ who is a Best Places to Work gifting vendor . A robust employee/people practice is what Nexval follows & have scaled up by 35% in HC as compared to last quarter which speaks of about our growing prospects for employees. Misleading information & trying to portray contextually false information is not in line & shall never be at Nexval.
