However I would like to mention that Nexval is an organisation wiht multiple G;lobal Centers & with Global Employer best practices incorporated some of which are as below. 1. An Employee Delight Survey (Note Not Satisfaction Survey) on which employees rated an 87% approval rating of our practices & delight factors which also measures employees Happiness Index which very few organisations still look for., 2. A standard goal set handed over on day one to define & self rate performance measure with a Balanced score card Approach. All Unique roles have one for themselves & we have done away with the age old bell Curve Rating systems. 3. Performance Improvement plans rolled out to bottom performers & enough opportunities provided for picking up loose threads, unfortunately calling non performance as Hire & Fire is not in line or in Philosophy of our People Driven Organisations 4. A robust employee/people practice is what Nexval follows & have scaled up by 35% in HC as compared to last quarter which speaks of about our growing prospects for employees. Misleading information & trying to portray contextually false information is not in line & shall never be at Nexval.
