I started my career as a trainee and since the beginning they gave me responsibilities to become more accountable. You learn new things everyday and contribute to different projects with other areas. And all new ideas are welcomed!

You need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to work. You will have many opportunities if you work for them. If you are not like that, this may not be your place.
