Pros
Open line of communication from owners to everyday workers. Good incentive plans and fair vacation time. I am not micro-managed by my supervisor. Great laid back work environment. Also the office provides fruit for employees weekly.
Cons
Sometimes can be difficult to work with other employees b/c our company is spread around a few different states. The snow policy isn't very reasonable. Not everyone is eligible for incentives.

Little to no benefits. Provide insurance is worst than what I got working fast food as a teenager
