Most of your money is spent on gas and travel and the pay range is hilariously bad. They rather watch competent employees look for new employment than pay them correctly. And don't get me started on promotions from within the company. Ive been there for years now and I just got passed up for a promotion because they hired someone from outside the company stating that I didn't have any experience leading a team when Ive been leading a team of 3 for months due to them losing a manager to a better paying job.

A chronically dysfunctional organization. It was better before hostile takeover by CRBOCES. So much waste and if you have problems middle and upper management won't help. All the money goes to admins making $100k a year - nothing left for the people who actually work.
