      A good team environment with lots of opportunities to learn the ins and outs of live broadcasting

      Cons

      As with most broadcasting role, this is a shift work role. No day is the same which can make it hard to make plans for your personal life outside of work

      It began very well but then with a management change it became a place where you as a person didn't matter at all.

      Pros

      They are one of the major players in the mobile television production business so they do deal with all of the networks as well as the smaller production companies so that gets you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and events.

      Cons

      As an employee there you are treated just like their trucks, as a machine with no feelings or personal life. Not as a person that makes the company succeed. There is no consideration for the many, many hours that are put in to make sure the events run well. Its a "what have you done for me lately" attitude. It's the people that make NEP a success and you surely aren't made to feel like the management share that idea at all. Their company motto is just for show. It's not how they really operate.
