Board Level Management. "Sweat shop" mentality. Paranoid HR Group and Management. Major Turnover in Senior Management (Directors, GM's, etc)

Pros

A great place to garner skills and the ability to multitask. If you are looking to gain some great skills and learn new things - try this place. But, don't stay too long.

Cons

The employees are overworked and not compensated properly. You are expected to wear many hats. They reward those who don't do their job and exxpect those that do to do double duty, sometimes triple. They have layoffs frequently and no one's job is secure.

Pros

Big Company with lots of potential. Does not come close to the over a billion in sales listed here but certainly could get there with the mid to lower staff they have. Lots of opportunities due to high turnover.

Cons

It is run by a select group of CEO cronies who for the most part are incompetent and 25 years behind the times. No integrity among them or any empathy to the employee's they have.
