      Management was terrible, would fire people when budget was tight, president was disrespectful to minorities.

      Pros

      The mission of NDRI is great. Location is ideal. This is a good job for someone that just graduated with some background in medicine. Lots of learning opportunity for new graduates that are getting into the medical space. The schedule may or may not work for you.

      Cons

      Poor management! Too much gossip that leads to interdepartmental conflicts. Lower management and coordinator are not appreciated for work done. Upper management doesn't make you feel secure with the company. The schedule may or may not work for you.
