      Trauma inducing work environment.

      Pros

      Nothing is worth the negative impact this place created on my mental health. I dreaded waking up in the morning while I was working here.

      Cons

      1. These people are in violation of the EEO, and clueless about ADA and have no empathy towards the disabled. 2. They use primitive technology, expect it to work like magic and have no clue what efficiency is. 3. Setting up meetings and emails are all the "work" they are capable of and have no idea of what actual productivity is. 4. Mostly "boomer mentality" people incapable of empathy and have no boundaries with work hours (email and phone calls after work, late nights and weekends). 5. No work life balance at all, all about work that leads to nothing (again just emails and meetings with no actual work being done). 6. I could go on about how negatively this place impacted my mental health and became an addition to to the traumatic episode of 2020. (Had to seek therapy after this place.)

We have always made accommodations for employees and will continue to do so. We will continue to look at implementing the latest technology as it applies to our organization. Becoming more efficient is always a goal of NDIA.
