Pros

An opportunity for a 22 year old college graduate who is willing to make a next to nothing salary, but transition into an 8-5 full-time job-- it's still acceptable to be immature, unprofessional, and dramatic at this company.

Cons

Embarassed to say I briefly worked for this company-- no structure, no organization, and no leadership whatsoever. An experienced professional would never be able to make the transition into this company. High level of immaturity, lack of professionalism and integrity, and no sense of business acumen. The backbone of the company is in the hands of 22-24 year old's which make the "tech expo's" a nightmare, but the company thinks it's ok to be unprepared and " do thing's on the fly." Meanwhile, reputable companies with true professional's suffer the consequences. Last, a skilled professional would never settle for the measly salary or "comission structure" set forth. Not to mention, after working for a company where a budget was endless, a true professional would never settle for being nickled and dimed. I have never seen such a disasterous organization.

Pros

You do get to travel frequently - for 2 weeks at a time (event managers)

Cons

There are so many con's to working here. I worked here for 3 months, doing great work without any type of leadership or management there to teach me. There was close to no training and the compensation was not worth the amount of work and stress that goes into planning these "tech expos." The military personnel that attend these expo's are not at all pleased with the technologies that were showcased... office furniture and kinko's are hardly high technology companies. Most of the event manager's are extremely unhappy with their job as the details such as being up at 4am and going to bed at 1am were not highlighted in the interview process. This company is so poorly ran, I saw 5 people quit in my very short 3 months at the company.
