Good products. Nice buildings. Clean restrooms. 40 hour work week. Free coffee. Climate controlled. Sorry...running out of good things to say.

Cons

NO advancement. Terrible Pay. Lazy middle management. Ridiculous "meetings" roll call. Very little training on products. Did I say LAZY middle management. "Operations" department? Pretty sure none of the managers have ever heard of Linkedin or other professional networking websites.

Horrible management, awful marketing, non-existent knowledge of trends Company is doomed to fail. No interest in employee input. Disengaged account managers due to management. No hope in sight. Run!

The company is persistent. Old fashioned. Located next to Las Colinas. Steady work. Thrifty enough to rarely need to layoff.

Cons

Cheap, Top Heavy in Management, Abuse of employees goes overlooked by HR, infrastructure is pitiful. Raises and salaries remain stagnant. Development of staff is non existence. Zero training on how to be Good Managers. People promoted through attrition rather than skill.
