Company led by Hitler type of fear tactics

Pros

If you can survive at this company longer than two weeks, you will be able to work anywhere even a position in a third world country. Working here prepares you for the absolute worse position that you will ever work because you will never work any where that is worse.

Cons

The owner of the company is the most EVIL person you will ever face in your lifetime. She leads by fear and that's the worse kind of leadership. ALL managers are so afraid for their jobs that they will sell their soul to the devil and they do that every day that they walk in and perform the owners evil deeds. Every manger there is selected BECAUSE they are so under-qualified for their positions that they are extremely willing to sell their soul to the devil every day to keep those positions. The owner hand selects unqualified managers due to their willingness to be loyal to her and perform any dirty deed necessary to keep the jobs that they are unqualified for. The owner is aware that management is unqualified and management are aware as well. THEY know, that's why they will do whatever it takes to hold on to their positions. Morals, ethics, qualifications are not a requirement for the managers as they were selected because they are unqualified, morally bankrupt and unethical. They are driven by the need to hold on to a position that they are unqualified for and the owner uses that to keep them in line AND this forces them to do whatever they have to do to perform her morally and ethically bankrupt deeds. There will be a FLOOD of new ratings to dispute this fact. There will be NEW reviews posted to say the people that write about this company are bitter, they were not qualified, they got fired and any other excuse that they will create to address the continued TRUTH that people post about them. The evil, unethical and morally bankrupt managers will scramble among their employees to force them to address this review but everyone that works there or has worked there in the past recognizes the truth in every TRUTHFUL and unfortunately negative review of this company. The truth is, whether you leave or get fired, you will feel better the first day that you NEVER have to step foot into this workplace again.

Pros

You will learn that your mental health, physical health and general happiness is more important then anything that working at NBN can give you.

Cons

You will need an attorney from the moment you walk in the door of that place as well as blood pressure medicine and sedatives to function after you deal with the horrible stress that is working for NBN. CEO has no concern about ruining your life. She and her circle of followers (which change daily due to her firing them) will bring you to your knees. Then when you eventually get fired, they will challenge unemployment.

Pros

Coworkers were nice to work with.

Cons

Very nasty upper "management". Everything you do is micromanaged. They talk down to you. They will scold at you in the hall and completely try and embarrass you (when in reality, they are the ones looking like the fool). Very rude. Childish behavior. Spoiled brat managers. Unprofessional. Spiteful. Disrespectful. Insulting. Degrading. Suspicious of everyone. No trust in the employees they HIRE. (And no, I am not a disgruntled employee, these are just truths.) Mostly all the positive reviews on the site are from managers trying to do damage control. Employees have been asked to leave positive reviews. If owner is having a bad day she will take it out on EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE. It's so nasty. All her aggression is put on the kind employees. High turnover. Everyone wants out. They treat grown adults like children. Some employees have to send an email EVERYDAY of what they will be doing. They are there WORKING for YOU. Why do you think they come in everyday 8:30-5! To work. They act like you're doing something else all the time. God forbid you talk to someone. You'll get scolded. You'll have the owner creep up behind you and ask you EMBARRASSING questions like "What are you talking about?" comments made such as "Oh, you must not be busy". PEOPLE COMMUNICATE. That's how you build positive morale. This is not a slave camp. You're expecting to sit at your desk the entire day and NOT MOVE and DONT SPEAK! Because if you are, thats gossiping and you must need more work. When you put notice in to leave, they will completely ignore you (even though you worked for them for all that time. Very rude, disrespectful, and childish) Save your sanity. Management makes it stressful for no reason at all. " Champions of Caring", yet they treat their employees like trash. Disgraceful
