In the early years, this company was such a great brand to work for. great vision, leadership, great director. Amazing Creative Director NARS and Lena Koro, Uzo. Inspirations. Former CEO moved away unfortunately. He was a huge heart of the brand

In the last couple of years, a lot of changes with high levels of turn over and lack of compassion for employees. Straying away from brand heritage. People no longer matter; burn and churn. It is unfortunate. Lot's of catty behavior and many unqualified people in positions that can really make this brand reach it's potential. I really hope the founder sees' what his vision has become. It is not always about the money. Another big brand is what this company aspires to become version 2.0 of! Limited opportunities for growth and people who decide to leave are hit with the door on the way out, meaning it is a very cold departure despite the time invested.
