Pros
Not that many pros to this company. The salary is OK if you are single or have a small family.
Cons
On paper, they make the job sound easy enough if you are organized, but hard to get organized when it is not organized overall from the beginning. You'll get thrown to the wolves, being pulled in several directions and they question why you can't get work done. The do have have everything in place and they can't seem to get it together. Too much is outsourced, so, when problems arise, they expect you to fix them since they have no idea what to do. Was given a flex schedule, but got in trouble for coming in a few mins late...the purpose of a flex schedule is not to have a set schedule, you just focus on getting your work done. They do not follow their own business model which makes it difficult to get your work done since they provide little to know help. New "job duties" seem to be assigned to you on a weekly basis and was not mentioned upon being hired that things may change. When doing high priority work, always getting phone calls about something else that seems to take priority over what you are currently doing. Oh, and if you get a company cell phone, be prepared to receive phone calls at crazy hours. If you don't answer that phone, be prepared for a lot of backlash.
