      Pros

      Very laid back and fun work environment. Easy place to balance work and play - especially if you like your play time. Understanding owners - they are good people. Bring your dog to work! Working with the best gear on the planet. Great benefits. Get to know Dana Gleason!!

      Cons

      Laid back often equals disorganized. Sacrifice good pay for the lifestyle. Management keeps the business close to their chest. Not much recognition for work well done.

      Pros

      Great owners, they take care of their employees. Great benefits, plenty of extras for the employees to use. Plenty of areas for a person to go and round out their experiences. The company is very open for those who love the outdoors, and most who work there are very outdoorsy.

      Cons

      Not really a company that is focused towards those wanting to work in an Engineering position and grow their resume as an Engineer.
