Lack of communication from upper management

The management is a little weird

Lack of staff for volume of customers Often rostered alone in busy department and lack of support from management - can be highly stressful trying to keep several customers happy all at once

Management backstabs you A few people get away with harassment

You are just treated like a number, management don't care about staff. Sales managers difficult to work with, thinking they have full control of you even when you aren't under them. Also make like they care about workplace health and safety but when I got into an incident they didn't bat an eyelid.
