      Pros

      Well established company, lots of processes in place, well organised. Also very flexible and open/welcoming to new ideas. There are lots of social events to keep things fun and interesting. Very inclusive culture.

      Cons

      It is a small business, so if you want a plain, easy job, a larger company might suit better.
