Poor leadership: The founders don't /can't think beyond 2 weeks/months
Old Timers rule: Be it the Development Team or the Product Managers or the team social, dont cross their path if you want to survive, they hold a lot of influence on the co-founders
Lack of processes and QA: Firefighting is their motto and they only live for it, QA team is just for name
Lack of discipline: People come late/don't come for meetings
IIM C Lobby is too political, company have hired more and more from there leading to their clout and founders are being taken for a ride by them
Multiple Lay Offs since Jan'16, basis of layoffs is increasingly personal and not professional
