      Pros

      Team mates become friends and always have your back. Great opportunity to meet amazing people within the company. Fancy parties. Tech team and Accounts team have great management.

      Cons

      Higher management twists and turns genuine grievances trying to make a "bad guy" out of you. Very manipulative. No HR at the company. An ongoing issue that already cost the company a few decent employees due to unwillingness to accept the truth and make urgent changes. Not sure if the CEO is aware why the attrition suddenly became so high on level 6 in 2022. Would've stayed at the company for many years ahead if not for the ongoing issue.

      Office in a city location.

      Cons

      You are micro managed by junior bosses and made to stay late but reprimanded if you come in 10 minutes late. Meetings are only for negative feedback and no training or positive feedback is ever given to staff. Salaries are below market rates.
