      Pros

      Adtech is a growing field. Maybe you can use this place as a stepping stone? Benefits aren't bad, because they are tied in with other start ups.

      Cons

      You're working for dishonest people, and the long-term outcome for also-ran companies isn't kind. The vast majority of people who have worked here for a while have also gotten royally screwed on their stock options in the recent merger.

      Office Politics Slowly Decaying The Company

      Pros

      Lots of activities to build morale such as scavenger hunts and tailgates and happy hours

      Cons

      Upper management panics and needs to find a department or individual to blame. Responsibilities get deflected and creating new roles and titles to try and improve "work delegation" is simply a front to satisfy office politics and present an environment of career development.

      Great culture in AA office, downhill from there

      great team and culture in Ann Arbor office, strong performers usually have a chance to stand out and advance their careers

      Cons

      longstanding underinvestment, or poor investment, in the product under previous management has creating an ongoing challenge for the client facing teams; San Mateo office is pretty lifeless
